Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts
We often ask ourselves what leads to success, what are the attitudes and behaviors that help us achieve our goals. What we often forget to wonder is if what we know about success and how to achieve it makes sense and if it’s right. Often, this is not the case.
Gautam Mukunda, a professor at Harvard Business School, argues that there are two steps necessary to achieve success: self-knowledge and choosing the most suitable environment.
Many times we also find ourselves labelling attitudes as “good” or “bad”, but in reality they are simply different. Something that might apparently seem like a flaw, if placed in the right context can prove to be an advantage.
